Ingredients

    2 crowns of broccolli - chopped and lightly steamed
    1 Med. zuchini - diced
    1/2 cup of diced onions
    1 cup tomatoes (chopped)
    1 cup diced Extra Lean Ham
    1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
    4 large eggs

Directions

Lightly spray baking dish with Pam. Mix all vegetables together - place in baking dish. Whip eggs and pour over vegetables. Bake @ 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes - until toothpick comes out clean.
