Ingredients

    2 chicken breasts, no skin or bone
    Peas, fresh, 1 cup
    Baby Carrots, raw, 8 large
    Soy Sauce, 3 tbsp
    Chicken Broth or Bouillon, 2 fl oz
    Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
    Onion powder, 1 tbsp
    Ginger, ground, 1 tbsp
    White Rice, long grain, 4 cup

Directions

cook chicken in large skillet until done with onion, garlic, and ginger. add carrots, peas, and 4 cups of water and chicken bouillon cube and the soy sauce, bringing mix to a boil. once boiling, add rice and cook until done.
