Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

4 servings small pasta shapes( I use wagon wheel) but you can ise small shells, elbows, whatever...Normally pasta is 2oz per serving- nut the wheel pasta I use is 7 oz instead of 8 for 4 servings. That's why I calculated servings rather then actual oz.

2 7oz cans of chunk light or albacore tuna in water- drained well
1 cup fat free small curd cottage cheese
1/5 cup plain low fat or fat free yogurt
2 stalks celery - sliced thinly
    1/2 cup minced red onion
    1 Tbls dijon mustard
    1 Tble dried Dill weed
    2 Tble sweet pickle relish
    1 Tbls Lemon juice
    Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

In a large pot of salted water cook pasta till tender- drain and set aside

Meanwhile in a blender mix cottage cheese, yogurt, mustard, dill, pickle relish, and lemon juice till smooth. Transfer to mixing bowl and add tuna, celery, onion and pasta, Mix well and add salt and pepper as needed.

Makes 8 3/4 cup servings( Great on toasted bread as a sandwich!)
