1 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup palm oil
1/4 cup canola oil
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
FILLING:
1 can of pumpkin
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
3 eggs
2 teaspoon pumpkin or apple pie spice
