* Baking Powder, 1.5 tsp (remove)
* Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
* *Bob's Red Mill Natural Raw Wheat Germ, 4 tbsp (remove)
* *Bob's Red Mill Flax Seed Meal, 4 tbsp (remove)
* *Bob's Red Mill Unprocessed Miller's Wheat Bran (1/4 cup), 0.25 cup (remove)
* Brown Sugar, 9 tsp packed (remove)
* Brummel & Brown, Original Spread made with Yogurt, 1 Tbsp, 3 serving (remove)
* Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)
* Milk, 3.25%, 1.5 cup (remove)
* Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol, 1.5 tbsp (remove)
Directions
combine flour, baking powder, salt, flax seed meal, wheat germ and wheat bran, cut in brummel until well mixed. add brown sugar and mix well with whisk. set aside.
in second bowl: combine eggs, milk and vanilla. combine dry and wet ingredients and stir until lumps are gone. drop onto 350 griddle in 3 inch diameter cakes. when bubbles form, flip. done after 20 or so seconds more. makes about 30 3 inch pancakes.
