Ingredients

Tuna, Canned in Water, 5 oz
Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil (reduced fat mayonnaise), 2 tbsp
    Milk, 1%, .25 cup
    Leeks, .25 cup
Celery, raw, 2 strip (4" long)
Joseph's Heart Friendly Oat Bran & Stone Ground Whole Wheat Flour Pita Bread w/ Plant Sterols, 3 serving
Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 3 leaf, medium

Directions

Mix milk, mayo and ranch powder together and mix very well. Make ahead and allow to chill for best tasting results. If ranch is too strong, add mile and mayo a little bit at a time. Be sure to figure these amounts into your nutrition counts if you are counting.

Drain and rinse tuna.

Very thinly slice the leek and celery.

Add all ingredients together and mix well.

Add 1/3 of tuna mixture to wrap, add leaf of lettuce and wrap it all up.

Enjoy.
