Introduction

This is to double the normal batch of WW Taco Soup This is to double the normal batch of WW Taco Soup
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    2 packages of Jennie-o 99%FF Ground Turkey (20oz each)
    2 medium onions (chopped)
    2 (1.25oz) packets Hidden Valley Ranch Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix
    2 (1oz) packets Old El Paso 40% Less Sodium Taco Seasoning
    2 (15.5oz) cans pinto beans
    2 (15.5oz) cans chili beans
    2 (15.25oz) cans whole kernel corn
    2 (14.5oz) cans mexican style stewed tomatoes
    2 (14oz) cans regular stewed tomatoes

Directions

1. Brown the meat & onions then drain excess fat.
2. Mix ranch dressing mix & taco seasoning mix into the meat/onion mixture.
3. Without draining, add all other ingredients.
4. Simmer for 1 hour.

Serve with sour cream, shredded cheese & tortilla chips if desired but be sure to add in those calories! :)
