Ingredients

1/2 lb ( 250g) Whole Wheat Spaghetti
4 Cups of Vegetables ( Broccoli, Bell peppers, Cherry tomatoes, Carrots..whatever you like. )
1 Cup Heavy Cream
3/4 Cup of Chicken Broth ( Low Fat )
2 tbsp Butter
20 Large Cooked Shrimps
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (Optional)
1 1/2 tps Dill weed
1/4 tsp Thyme
1 tsp Garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cook Pasta in a large saucepan as directed. During the last 3 or 4 minutes add vegetables to the pot. Drain and set aside.
In the same saucepan combine Cream, Broth, Butter, Salt and Spices. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low, simmer 5 minutes. Add cooked shrimp. Simmer 2 - 3 minutes or until heated through. Add cooked pasta and vegetables; toss gently to coat well. Serve with parmesan cheese. *optional.
