Ingredients

    Quaker Instant Grits 1 packet
    Boiling Water
    Country Crock Margarine 3/4 Tbsp
    Chicken of the Sea Pink Salmon Packet 3 oz
    Eggbeater, liquid egg substitute 1/4 oz
    pepper to taste, optional


Directions

Boil water. In a saute pan, add and melt margarine on med-high heat. Add Salmon, break up the chunks and stir in the melted butter. Pour egg substitute over the salmon. Add pepper to taste. Stir occasionally until egg is done. Keep warm.
Empty grit packet in a bowl. Add boiling water to meet preferred consistency. Add salmon egg mixture and stir.
