Introduction

I use this as a sandwich spread with cucumbers and shredded beets. I use this as a sandwich spread with cucumbers and shredded beets.

Ingredients

    1 cup cooked or canned chickpeas
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    1 clove garlic peeled
    1 tbsp tahini

Directions

Put all ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth. 5 servings (1 tbsp each)
