Introduction

This is a eally easy recipe, and I very often use different vegetables. I have entered it with the most common ones I use. This is a eally easy recipe, and I very often use different vegetables. I have entered it with the most common ones I use.

Ingredients

    1 whole wheat tortilla
    2 Kraft Singles cheese slices
    6 tbsp refried beans
    1/3 cup green peppers, cut in strips or diced
    4 slices tomato

Directions

Assemble all ingredients in the tortilla shell and roll up. You can eat it cold (which I do often), or you can cook it by wrapping it in foil and baking at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes.
