    Greek Flatbread

    1/2 cup spinach
    Garlic Powder to taste (I used about a tsp)
    1 tsp Himalayan salt
    4oz chicken breast
    1tbs feta cheese
    1 tsp parmesan or Romano
    1/2 tbs olive oil
    1/2 pita bread (I split a pocket pita in half)


1. Cook chicken breast. Season however you like. Chop up into pieces.
2. Cook spinach and drain
3. Combine oil, salt and garlic powder.
4. Brush oil mixture onto both sides of pita bread.
5. Combine chicken, cheeses, and spinach. Mix well.
6. Spread chicken mixture onto pita bread
7. Bake in oven for 8 minutes or until golden brown
