Ingredients

    - Whole large egg
    - Dash of half & half
    - Dash of salt and pepper
    - Wedge of Light Laughing Cow cheese (any flavor)

Directions

1. In a mug, put all ingredients except for the wedge of cheese. Stir thoroughly.
2. Microwave for 1 minute.
3. Remove from microwave, stir in wedge of cheese. Eat from the mug, or over a piece of toast.
