Introduction

Ingredients

    -95g of frozen, defrosted and drained spinach
    -2 t dry Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning
    -80g water chestnuts, diced
    -4 T Daisy Lite Sour Cream
    -1 T Hellmann's Canola Mayonnaise

Directions

--Mix all ingredients in a bowl well and let sit in the fridge for at least an hour.

--Makes 4 servings of 1/4 C each.

--Enjoy!
