Number of Servings: 8


    1.5 cups peas (frozen)
    1.5 cups corn (frozen)
    2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup ( or broccoli, celery etc)
    2 cans flaked white tune (drained)
    8 cups of *cooked* macaroni noodles (small shells work too)
    salt & pepper to taste
    1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese


1. Cook macaroni noodles following labeled instructions, set aside.
2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
3. Combine tuna, mushroom soup, peas, corn, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl until even and soup is no longer lumpy.
4. Mix in pasta slowly so that you don't crush the peas ( to avoid making the mixture pasty).
5. Pour into 9x13 baking dish and sprinkle on the cheddar cheese.
6. Bake in the oven approximately 20-30 min depending on oven, or until cheese is melted and bubbling.
