Introduction

Ingredients

    1/2 cup light sour cream
    3 tablespoons brown sugar
    1 tablespoon Brandy (use a good quality one or sub equal amount of pure vanilla- it will be a bit different but still delish!)
    1/2 cup light whipping cream
    3 tablespoons Splenda, pref. granulated
    4 cups whole fresh strawberries, washed and trimmed of stems

Directions

Mix sour cream, brown sugar and Brandy in a bowl.

In a separate bowl, whip cream until it starts to thicken and add Splenda- whip until thick.

Fold cream into sour cream mixture and blend well.

Serve equal portions of whole strawberries with equal sized amounts of the cream topping.
