Ingredients

    Baked Potatoe
    Sour Cream
    Miricale Whip
    Olive Oil
    Garlic Cloves
    Salt
    Mccormick's Garlic grill mate (opitional)

Directions

1- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
2. Slice the potatoes into Wedges and sprinkle with salt. If you like Mccormick's seasoning or have it on hand sprinkle some on as well. I love the Mccormics Garlic grill mates taste delicious on it. Potatoes in oven for 35-40 mins or until brown
3. Put potatoes in oven
4. Put 2 tbsp of olive oil in a small casserole dish. Put in 3-4 clove of garlic and put in oven for 10 minutes.
5. Pull casserole dish out and mash the garlic in the olive oil.
6. Put in .5 cup of sour cream and 2 tbsp of mirciale whip with the olive oil and garlic and stir. Try a lil and add more garlic if needed (Powdered garlic).
7. Put the dip in the fridge till potatoes are done then serve!
