Ingredients

    Corn Flakes Cereal, 2 cup
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Poultry seasoning, .25 tbsp
    Garlic powder, .125 tsp
    Paprika, .125 tsp
    Chicken Thigh, 4 with skin removed

Directions

Preheat oven to 400.
Crush the Corn Flakes. Add oil and spices and mix.
In a separtate bowl mix egg with 1 table spoon of water.
Dip chicken in the egg mixture to coat and then coat with corn flake mixture. Place on a cooling rack over a baking dish.
Back until internal temperature of 175 degrees, about 30 minutes.
