Ingredients

    1 medium sized ripe tomatoe, seeds removed and roughly chopped
    2 cloves garlic, chopped fine
    1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, cut into thin ribbons
    2 teaspoons olive oil
    2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
    2 teaspoons light italian dressing
    1 cup cooked whole wheat pasta
    1 tablespoon light parmesan cheese

Directions

Mix first 6 ingredients together and let stand for 2 hours.

Pour over hot pasta and toss to coat and sprinkle parmesan cheese over pasta.
