Ingredients

    2 oz. deli ham
    2 oz. deli chicken
    2 light string cheeses
    1 oz roasted red bell pepper, chopped
    1 t EVOO
    Italian Seasoning Blend
    12 oz whole wheat bread, round loaf

Directions

Slice loaf in half horizontally. Spray with olive oil. Break up string cheese and place on bottom round of bread. Bake for 10 min at 400 F. Top with remaining ingredients and bake for 10 more minutes.
