Introduction

Ingredients

    1.5 Mango - peeled, seeded and diced
    2 Avocado (Haas) - peeled, seeded and diced
    2 Medium Tomatoes - seeded and diced
    1 Jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
    1/4-1/2 cup chopped fresh Cilantro
    2 Tablespoons fresh Lime Juice
    1/4 cup chopped Red Onion

Directions

In a medium bowl, combine the mango, avocado, tomatoes, jalapeno and cilantro. Stir in the lime juice and red onion. Refrigerate 30 minutes before serving.

My recipe is modifed from another that calls for:
1 tspn salt
3 cloves garlic
3 tblspn olive oil
I omitted these ingredients but feel free to use in yours if you like.

Feel free to alter the jalapeno to your heat liking.
