Ingredients

3 cups baked sweet potato
3 cups oats
1 cup oat bran
3 eggs
4 egg whites
1/2 cup apple sauce
1 cup crushed cashews
1 cup craisins
1/2 cup ground flax
Directions
Peel, cube and bake the sweet potatoes. When done, cool and then mash. Add the other ingredients and mix well.
Bake in the oven at 350F for 25 mins.
