Ingredients

    * Hillshire Farm Turkey Polska Kielbasa, 14 oz
    * Pennsylvannia Dutch Extra Broad Egg Noodles (dry), 6 cup
    * Regular Beer, 4 fl oz
    * Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped
    * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 2 cup, strips
    * Garlic, 2 clove
    * Filippo Berio Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    * Italian Seasoning, 0.5 tsp
    * Salt, 0.5 tsp
    * Ground Black Pepper, 0.5 tsp

Directions

1. Cut Kielbasa into 1/2" slices. Heat a large skillet for 3 min. Add kielbasa and cook for 3-4min or until browned. Remove sausage.
2. Add olive oil to same skillet. Add onion, pepper, and garlic and cook for 4 min or until tender.
3. Add sausage, beer, seasoning, salt and pepper to skillet and bring to boil. Cook for 10 min.
4. Serve over egg noodles (cook as directed). Serves 6.
