Introduction

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    300 gms of beef (sliced in thin strips)
    1 tbsp flour
    1 cup canned mushrooms
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 tsp mixed beef seasoning (ur choice)
    1 tbsp soy sauce (dark)
    2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    1 medium onion finely chopped
    1/2 cup of green bell pepper (chopped)
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tsp pepper
    1 beef stock cube
    1 tsp mustard
    1 cup of water

Directions

1- turn heat on high & saute the onions in the olive oil till tender & slightly golden.
2- add meat & brown up as much as possible.
3- add spices + pepper + salt + both sauces stirring quickly.
4- add water & stock & bring to a boil then cover till it cooks through.
5- add mushrooms + green pepper+ 1 tsp mustard + flour & stir till thickens up.
6- it makes 2 generous helpings

tip: if water is too much after the meat fully cooks, bring to a boil UNCOVERED & keep boiling till excess water dissipates.

Serve next to white rice & sauteed veggies or a tossed salad.
