Ingredients

    12.5 oz Tuna in water
    Low Fat cream of mushroom soup
    3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
    1 T olive oil
    1 T ground flax seed
    1/2 lb. Barilla Plus Rotini - cooked

Directions

Mix olive oil, bread crumbs and flax seed. Set aside. Mix remaining ingredients and place in a baking dish. Sprinkle bread crumb mixture on top. Bake at 350 for 30 min.
