    9 cups water
    1 med carrot
    1 hunk ginger
    1 tbsp sesame hot oil
    cook for 1 1/2 hours in dutch oven

Directions

combine all ingredients and cook 1 1/2 in a dutch oven or other pot with a tight fitting lid
