Ingredients

    1 medium Onion, Chopped
    1 can Fat Free Refried Beans
    1 can Hormel Turkey Chili with Beans
    1 can Rotel Tomatoes & Green Chilies
    1 can Enchilada Sauce
    1 package Small Flour Tortillas
    1/4 cup Reduced Fat Mexican Cheese

Directions

Spray 21/2 qt round microwavable casserole dish with non-fat cooking spray. Set aside.

In a seperate large bowl, cover and microwave chopped onions for 2 minutes.

Add refried beans, chili, enchilada sauce, and tomatoes to the onion.

Layer tortilla then 3/4 mixture in cassarole dish until all used. End with tortilla. Top with cheese.

Cover and microwave for 10 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.

Cut like a pie into 8 servings.
