Ingredients

    baking powder, flour, sugar, salt, oats, margarine or butter (nutritional info for Becel Margarine), milk.

Directions

Sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt together. Mix in oats. Cut in margarine (or butter - changes nutritional info) thoroughly. Roll dough on highly floured surface to 1/2" thickness. Place on greased or non-stick baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees F for 12-15 min or until slightly browned. Serve warm with jam or cold as a cookie.
