Ingredients

    1 lb ham steak
    4 tsp brown sugar
    1 tbsp cinamon
    1/2 tsp nutmeg
    1/4 cup raisins
    2 tbsp water

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degree F. Line baking pan with tin foil, and spray lightly with cooking spray.

Place ham steak in bottom of pan, and sprinkle with brown sugar and spices (to taste). Top with raisin. Sprinkle water lightly over all, to moisten.

Fold foil over ham steak and wrap to seal. Bake at 375 degree F for 20-30 minutes, until done. Do not over cook, as sugars will burn.

Cut in quarters, and serve with your favorite potato.

    Very Good
Delicious & a nice change from the maple glaze steaks I usually make. I didn't use foil and they still turned out moist. - 2/13/17
