Ingredients

    Parsnips, 2 parsnip (9" long)
    Sweet potato, 1 sweetpotato, 5" long
    Garlic, 1 clove
    Curry powder, 1 tbsp

Directions

Cook parsnip and sweet potatoes in a skillet. Add garlic and curry powder until veggies are covered. Place 6 cups of water in a pot to boil. Add veggies and let veggies cook until soft. Place in a blender and blend until smooth.
