Introduction

Super healthy meatloaf, needs no gravy or toppings! Super healthy meatloaf, needs no gravy or toppings!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground turkey
    1 cup quick oats
    1/2 cup milk, 1%
    1 large egg
    1 package (dry) Knorr's vegetable soup mix

Directions

Mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl.
Split into 3 greased mini bread pans
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
Cut loaves in half, making 6 portions.
Freezes very well for a quick lunch choice.
