Introduction

Preheat oven to 400 C. Prepare a 9x9 glass pan by spraying with Pam. Pour dry stuffing mix on the bottom of pan. Layer vegetables and ham on top of the stuffing mix. Mix eggs and milk in seperate bowl. Pour egg mixture evenly over vegetables and ham. Cover with cheese. Bake for approximate 25-30 min or until bottom and top are browned. Preheat oven to 400 C.
