Ingredients

    Boneless skinless pork chops
    Hellman's Dijonnaise
    Saltine Crackers

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 Degrees.
Mix crushed saltines with Dijonnaise
Spread evenly over each pork chop, top and bottom.
Bake for 30 minutes (or until meat is thoroughly cooked), turning periodically to crisp the breading.
