Ingredients

    1 tsp Canola Oil
    75 g chopped white onion
    1 garlic clove, minced
    954 g Ex Lean Ground Beef
    137 g Chopped water chestnuts
    1 c corn kernels
    83 g sliced baby zucchini
    100 g broccoli crowns
    52 g chopped sweet bell peppers
    1 tsp ground cumin
    1/2 tsp sea salt
    2 tsp worcestershire

Directions

Heat oil in non-stick skillet, saute onion and garlic until soft, add peppers and ground beef, season. Cook until meat is browned, adding the rest of the vegetables, broccoli at the end so it steams and doesn't get mushy.
Serve over hot cooked rice, pasta or with potatoes.

Makes 8 1 cup servings.
