Ingredients

1 1/2 cups butter blend (half olive oil, half butter whipped to make a spread)
2 1/2 cups brown sugar
2 eggs
1/4 cup 2% milk
2 Tablespoons vanilla extract
2 eggs
2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
1 12-oz. package butterscotch chips
Directions
Oven 375.
Combine butter blend and brown sugar until it looks like play-doh. Add eggs, milk, vanilla, salt, and baking soda; mix. Add flour to make a relatively stiff batter. Add chocolate and butterscotch chips, stir to combine. Drop by ice-scream scoopfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet. Bake 11-13 minutes or until golden. Cool 2-3 minutes on baking sheet, and then transfer to cooling rack. Store on a plate for crispy cookies, or sealed in a container for chewy ones.
