Ingredients

    2 cups rolled oats
    4 scoops whey protein (chocolate or vanilla)
    1 cup natural peanut butter
    1/4 cup honey
    1/2 cup seeds (or dried berries)
    1/4 cup skim milk

Directions

Mix oats, peanut butter, whey protein, honey & seeds together then press into pan. Drizzle milk evenly over the top & freeze for 30 minutes. Cut into squares & enjoy!
