Introduction

Ingredients

    1 lb chicken breast cut up into small pieces
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 small onion chopped
    1/2 red bell pepper cut in thin slices
    4 oz Whole Wheat pasta rotini
    1/2 small container mushrooms cut in 1/4s
    1 can Tomatoes garlic basil and oregano
    1 tbs olive oil
    salt and pepper to taste/ May add any herbs or seasoning such as italian seasoning or garlic salt.

Directions

Cook pasta following directions on package. While pasta is cooking:
Brown chicken in olive oil till no longer pink. Remove from pot.
Add garlic, onion , and bell pepper to pot cover with lid until mushrooms release liquid {about 3 min} then continue simmering until most liquid is evaporated. Add chicken with juice that has been acumulating can tomatoes and the cooked pasta. Turn heat to low and simmer for approx. 5 to 10 min. Serve... can serve with fresh chopped parsley on top.
