    3 1/2 C Flour (1 1 White; 2.5 Wheat)
    1/2 C Splenda
    1/2 C Brown Sugar
    1 C Oat Flakes
    1 tsp Salt
    1 1/2 tsn baking soda
    2/3 C Butter or Baking Shortening
    2 C Apple or Baked Pumpkin
    1.5 C Dried fruit
    2 Eggs


Mix all dry ingredients first. Add butter. Mix. Add Pumpkin (cooked and mashed) and eggs. Mix. Add dried fruit.

Roll tablespoonfuls of dough into balls. Place cookies 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Press dough to flat the ball to 1 inch thick. Bake 20 min @ 350F.

Make 30 cookies.
