Ingredients

    *Dates, 20 chopped (pitted)
    *Ground Flaxseed Meal, 6 tbsp.
    *Edensoy, Edensoy Carob Beverage, 1 cup, (or mix 1/4 carob powder with 1/2 cup of water or a milk substitute)
    Peanuts, dry-roasted, 2/3 c.
    *Tahini, 2 tbsp
    *water (as necessary)

Directions

1. blend together all ingredients. add water as necessary to make consistency appropriate - thick
2. in a lightly greased or lined pan, spread mixture
3. freeze and cut into 1'' pieces after about an hour OR keep in fridge and use as a spread
