Ingredients

1/4 of a French Baguette (or any day old breads)
    3 eggs (or egg substitute)
1.5 cups 2% Milk (you could easily substitute for another milk product)
    1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
    1/2 Tbsp Molasses
    dash Vanilla Extract

Directions

1.Preheat oven to 350F.
2.Whisk eggs, milk, brown sugar, molasses, and Vanilla extract together in a medium sized bowl.
3. rip up bread (or cut into cubes) and let soak in mixture for 10-15 minutes.
4. Spray a 6x8in pan (or a similar size) with your favorite cooking spray (don't need it sticking!)
5. pour soaked bread into pan, and set in oven for about 45minutes. The top will get nice and brown and the bread will continue to soak up the liquid.
6. Let cool and enjoy!
