Ingredients

    rice
    butter
    chicken broth
    salt
    pepper
    cumin
    cilantro
    lime

Directions

Melt butter and add rice. Cook for a couple minutes. Add all other ingredients and bring to a boil. Cover adn cook about 20 minutes. Fluff with a fork.
