I wanted "Taco King" type nachos bad, and I figured I should try to do it as healthy as possible! So here's great nacho taste, and only 4g of fat. Eat it as a meal, because it WILL fill you up! Ingredients

1/2 cup MorningStar Farms grillers crumbles
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/8 tsp dried cilantro
1/2 cup Amy's Light Sodium Organic refried beans
1/2 cup Kraft natural fat free shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup fresh black bean and corn salsa (the kind you get in the veggie section, or make your own)
2 La Tortilla Factory - Low Carb Tortillas
Directions
Cut tortillas into chip size pieces and bake on cookie sheet at 400 degrees for about 10 mins.
Meanwhile, mix frozen griller crumbles, garlic, cumin, and cilantro in a bowl and microwave for 1 min.
Stir and add refried beans. Cook in microwave for another minute.
Stir slightly and cover with cheese microwave for about 15 seconds and then top with salsa.
You can cover you chips with the mixture or just serve it as a dip.
