Ingredients

Celery, 3 large stalks
1/3 cup peanut or soy butter
1.5 Tbsp. Kikkoman teriyaki sauce
2 Tbsp. tomato sauce
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper or Asian chili garlic sauce or Tabasco
1 tsp. freshly ground ginger root
Directions
Wash celery. Trim ends. Cut into 18- 2" pieces.
Combine remaining ingredients and fill celery pieces. For special occasions, you can fill a pastry bag or any plastic bag with the corner cut off, with the filling and pipe it into the celery in the shape of rosettes.
Serving Size: Makes 18- 2" long pieces. Serves 6.
