Introduction

This is very easy to make and tastes great! This is very easy to make and tastes great!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/2 can of Tuna packed in Water
    1/2 small Onion, sliced
    1 hardboiled Egg White, sliced
    2 cups of lettuce
    1 tbsp Olive Oil

Directions

1. Boil an egg until boiled to your desired hardness (10-15 minutes).
2. While the egg is boiling, tear lettuce and place in a bowl.
3. Open the can of tuna and drain water from the can. With a fork, loosen tuna and pour half the can over the lettuce.
4. Slice onion thin and place on the tuna.
5. Once the egg is hardboiled, cool it under cold water and remove the shell. Cool the egg without the shell under cold water again. Slice the egg as thin as you can over the salad. Here you can.
6. Pour 1 tablespoon of olive oil over the salad and mix well.
