    2 Cups steel cut oats
    1 1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    2 tsp cinnamon
    1 small apple, peeled & chopped
    1 small bananna, mashed
    1/2 cup egg beaters
    1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 cup non fat milk
    1/4 cup splenda
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Directions

Spray 8x8 pan with Pam, bake 45 min @ 325.
