Ingredients

    2.6 lb beef chuck roast
    3 cloves of garlic, minced
    4 large carrots, cut into large sections
    5 small potatoes, cut in half
    1 can cream of mushroom soup, low fat
    1 can golden mushroom soup
    pepper, to taste
    Montreal steak seasoning, 2 tsp

Directions

Spray crockpot with pam. Season roast with steak seasoning and pepper. Put veggies in crockpot, then roast. Sprinkle garlic on the top, then cover with the soups.

Cook on low for 8 - 10 hours.
