Introduction

Ingredients

    1 Pita
    1 cup ham
    2 egg whites
    2 tbsp apple butter or low calorie jelly
    2 ounces mozzerella cheese (shredded or cut into matchsticks)
    3 canned pineapple rings (chopped)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 F. Put the pan(pizza stone in my case) you will be cooking on in there too.Be sure to use non-stick spray. Trim the edges off a pita and pull apart. Spread apple butter on the inside of the pita halves. Place pita halves on the NOW HOT tray. Add ham,cheese pineapple nleaving a space in the middle for the egg whites. cook untill the egg is done. Good Morning!
