Introduction

I took another recipe and modified it with some whole grains and added chocolate chips and cocoa powder I took another recipe and modified it with some whole grains and added chocolate chips and cocoa powder

Ingredients

    Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry, 1 cup
    Whole Wheat Flour, 0.5 cup
    Flour, white, .5 cup
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    Brown Sugar, .75 cup, packed
    Butter, salted, .5 cup
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 2 tbsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Semisweet chocolate, 1 cup chips (6 oz package)
    Banana, over ripe, 3 large (8" to 8-7/8" long)

    Pulse oatmeal in food processor to make oat flour, add whole wheat and all purpose flour, baking soda and salt.

    Creme together brown sugar and butter. Add the beaten eggs and mix.

    Add cocoa powder, mix. Add chocolate chips.

    Pour into greased loaf pan.


Directions

Bake at 350 for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
