    1 cup flour
    2 eggs
    1/2 slim milk
    1/2 water
    1/4 teas. salt
    2 tbls. melted butter

    mix eggs milk water and salt then add the flour whisk until smooth


heat crepe pan or skillet if skillet add 1/4 batter. flip when set.. total cooking time about 2 minutes.

Crepe pan preheat dip pan into bater and cook about one minute

Serving Size: makes four crepe
