Introduction

Everyone in my house is sick, including me. But I mustered up enough energy to make this soup because I was out of Chicken Noodle and was NOT venturing out to a store. :-) It was actually fantastic! Ingredients

    2 Cups cooked pasta (any kind, I had shells on hand)
    5 cups water
    4 bullion cubes (nutrition info for chicken)
    10 baby carrots, roughly chopped
    2 Tbsp green onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp celery, chopped
    2 Tbsp Rosemary
    2 Tbsp Basil
    1/2 pound cooked lean ground turkey

Directions

Cook your pasta if you don't have leftovers in the fridge like I did. You need 2 cups COOKED pasta.

In your pot bring together the water, carrots and bullion. I crumble my bullion into the water, don't just drop the cube in. Cover and Boil for 7-8 minutes. Reduce heat to a simmer and add the rest of the ingredients. Cover and Simmer at least 10 more minutes. Test carrots; cook until they are as tender as you like.
